D19 polycarbonate washer with neoprene seal
The D19 polycarbonate washer is designed to fasten multiwall polycarbonate directly through the sheet to a supporting frame. An enlarged mounting hole and the included neoprene seal allow thermal movement while maintaining a stable fixing.

Applications
For installing polycarbonate sheets on greenhouse, canopy, roof, wall and other structural frames. Drill the sheet with clearance for thermal movement, insert the washer and seal, then secure it with a self-tapping screw suitable for the frame.
Why does the seal matter?
The flexible neoprene seal conforms to the sheet surface and helps close the area around the fixing. This reduces the risk of moisture entering through the screw hole and helps maintain a secure joint during temperature changes, wind and vibration.
Correct installation
The washer should sit evenly against the surface. Do not overtighten: excessive compression can impair the seal, while an under-tightened fixing may leave a gap for moisture. Select a self-tapping screw suitable for the frame material.
