Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

Company (“the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) — Averto SIA, Sniķeres iela 25, Riga, Latvia, LV–1067.
Goods — items offered for sale on the Service.
Order — your request to purchase Goods from Us.
Service — the Website.
Website — Averto, available at www.averto.lv.
You — the individual or legal entity using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you received the Goods (or when a third party you appointed, other than the carrier, takes possession).

To exercise the right to cancel, notify us with a clear statement via email: [email protected].

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method you used for the Order. No reimbursement fee applies.

Conditions for Returns

The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The Goods are in their original packaging.

Cannot be returned

Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
Goods that are not suitable for return by nature, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
Goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Only regular-priced Goods can be refunded; sale items are not refundable unless required by law.

Shipping

Averto is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is always paid by the customer, even if the original delivery was free.

Returning Goods

Send returns to: SIA AVERTO, Sniķeres iela 25, Riga, LV-1067, Latvia.

Use an insured, trackable service. We cannot issue a refund without receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery. Goods must be safely packed in the original packaging. Attach a shipping label to each box and include the return number and sender details (e.g., 1/3, 2/3, 3/3). We do not accept COD shipments.

Averto will not accept returns that are irresponsibly/poorly packaged, used, damaged, incomplete, or unsellable.
