Payment Methods

Averto offers several convenient and flexible payment options to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and tailored to your needs. Choose the most suitable payment method from the options below:

• Cash on delivery (Baltic States only): available in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The service fee is covered by the customer.
• Online banking payments: convenient and secure online payment via Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, or Luminor.
• Bank transfer: after placing your order, an invoice will be sent to your email for payment via bank transfer.
• Card payment at the Averto office: pay on site using VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro cards.
• Cash payment at the Averto office: pay for your purchase in cash on site.
• Klix Pay Later: option to pay in instalments over 1, 3, or 6 months (available in Latvia). More details are available on our website.
• PayPal: available for international payments. The transaction fee is covered by the customer.
• Leasing: in cooperation with Lateko Līzings and InCredit Group, we offer leasing options. Applications can be submitted directly via Averto.

Delivery Time

• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–10 working days from the moment of payment receipt.
• Other European countries: 4–6 working days from the moment of payment receipt.

Checking the Goods Upon Receipt

Before accepting the order, please visually inspect the condition of the package. If the package is damaged (deformed, torn, or otherwise defective), you have the right to:

• refuse to accept the shipment;
• ask the courier to draw up a damage report;
• check the condition of the goods in the presence of the courier before signing the documents.

By signing the documents without remarks, you confirm that the goods were undamaged upon delivery.

Product Availability

Stock availability in the warehouse and online store may differ. If it is not possible to fulfil your order in full or in part, we will contact you to agree on the most suitable solution.
