Polycarbonate fixing band for secure sheet installation

The polycarbonate fixing band distributes pressure across the sheet and helps secure polycarbonate glazing to the frame of a greenhouse, canopy or other lightweight structure. The galvanised steel band reduces unwanted sheet movement caused by wind.

Non-perforated galvanised steel band

designed to secure polycarbonate sheets to a frame;
supplied without pre-drilled holes, allowing fixing points to match the structure;
the galvanised coating helps protect the steel against corrosion;
suitable for greenhouses, canopies, verandas and agricultural buildings;

Installation guidance

Place the band over the polycarbonate sheet along a frame arch or another supporting line, then fasten it at points suitable for the structure. Do not overtighten the fixings, as this may crush the sheet channels. Follow the sheet manufacturer’s requirements for thermal expansion, fixing intervals and support spacing.
