Multiwall polycarbonate 8 mm
Lightweight and flexible multiwall polycarbonate is a practical covering material for greenhouses and small garden structures. It transmits natural light, helps retain warmth and is easy to cut to the required size.
Where to use it?
- greenhouse walls and roofs where improved heat retention is required;
- patio, veranda, gazebo and pergola roofs;
- entrance canopies and small carports;
- windbreaks and canopy side panels;
- stronger partitions and replacement of existing panels.
This sheet thickness is more rigid and retains heat better than thinner polycarbonate, making it suitable for more stable, long-lasting structures. Support spacing and the load-bearing frame must always be selected for the roof pitch and expected snow and wind loads.

Installation guidance
Install the UV-protected side facing the sun and orient the internal channels along the roof slope. Allow for thermal expansion and use compatible profiles, sealing tapes and fixings for this sheet thickness.
