This cast iron grill pan Ø 26 cm offers extra cooking space for several pieces of meat, fish fillets or a generous serving of vegetables. Its ridged surface creates defined grill marks while excess fat and liquid collect between the ribs.

What can you cook in this ridged skillet?

Use it for beef and pork steaks, chicken thighs and breasts, burgers, cutlets, sausages, bacon, salmon, white fish, prawns, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, corn and halloumi. The 5.5 cm sides help contain splashes and make bulky ingredients easier to turn.

From hob to oven or open fire

The integral cast iron handle lets you transfer the pan to the oven after searing—ideal for finishing thick steaks, chicken or fish. Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, as well as ovens, barbecues and open-fire cooking.

How to achieve clear grill marks

Preheat the pan gradually. Pat the food dry, brush it lightly with oil and place it on the hot surface. Do not move it too soon; rotate before turning if you want a crosshatch pattern.
