This cast iron WOK Ø 36 cm with lid-pan is a roomy 2-in-1 set for generous meals. The deep 8 L wok is ideal for stir-frying, searing and slow braising, while the cast iron lid can also be used as a separate shallow frying pan.

What can you cook?

Use the wok for pilaf, fried rice, noodles, curries, goulash, stews, soups and sauces. It has ample room for chicken, beef, pork, fish, seafood, potatoes, mushrooms and mixed vegetables. The lid-pan is handy for eggs, pancakes, flatbreads, bacon, burgers and seared vegetables.

How to cook with it

For stir-frying, preheat gradually, add a little oil and cook in smaller batches while tossing frequently. For tender braises, cover the wok to retain moisture and cook meat and vegetables evenly. Cast iron holds heat well, making the set suitable for the hob, oven, barbecue and open fire.

Care
