Loco playset with train tunnel and slide

Loco playset is a compact wooden outdoor playset with a steam locomotive theme, making it a strong choice for smaller gardens. It combines an 80 × 80 cm platform, 2.2 m green slide, locomotive tunnel and play bell to encourage both active movement and imaginative adventures.

The assembled structure measures 93 × 365 × 182 cm and the platform height is 120 cm. Its narrow 93 cm width makes Loco suitable for spaces where a larger play system would be difficult to accommodate.

2.2 m slide with imaginative train play

The 220 cm slide adds active play, while the steam locomotive tunnel and play bell give the structure a distinctive theme. Together they create a play area where movement and role play naturally meet.

Impregnated C24 pine and secure ground fixing

The structure is made from impregnated pine graded to EN 1912 / C24. Safety handles, protective bolt caps and 4 ground anchors are included for stable installation.

Why must some holes be pre-drilled during assembly?

The more complex structural cuts are prepared at the factory, but small connecting holes must be pre-drilled during assembly using a drill bit of the appropriate diameter. This is important because wood is a natural material and its dimensions and shape can change slightly due to humidity, temperature and storage conditions. Drilling during assembly allows each hole to match the actual position of the wooden parts and fixing point precisely. Pre-drilling also significantly reduces the risk of the timber splitting or cracking when screws are driven in. Always drill the holes specified in the assembly instructions before installing the relevant screws.
