Deep skimmer spoon for kazan cooking
This deep kazan skimmer is designed to lift larger quantities of food from broth, boiling water or hot oil. Its 46 cm overall length reaches into deep cookware, while the Ø 13 cm deep perforated bowl holds meat, vegetables and other ingredients more securely.
Deep bowl for lifting larger portions
Unlike a flat skimmer, the deeper shape carries more food in one scoop and helps prevent ingredients from sliding off. The perforations allow excess liquid or oil to drain back into the kazan.
Suitable for several cooking methods
