Smoking chips MIX for smoky flavour in meat and fish
Smoking chips MIX combine 70% alder and 30% beech wood for smoking and barbecuing meat and fish in suitable equipment. The 450 g pack contains fine wood chips that help develop smoky aroma, flavour and an appealing smoked colour.
70% alder and 30% beech in a ready-to-use wood blend
The prepared ratio lets you use both woods without mixing separate packs. It suits pork products, other meats and fish. Adjust smoking time and the amount of wood to the recipe to find the smoke intensity you prefer.
Natural wood without preservatives or impregnation treatments
The chips are made from 100% natural alder and beech wood, without preservatives or impregnation agents. Choose wood intended for food smoking to complement your recipes with wood-smoke aroma.
Fine chips for compatible auger-fed smoke generators
The blend is listed as class 2 with a fine particle size. It can also be used in automatic auger-fed smoke generators where the appliance instructions allow this type of wood chip. Check particle-size requirements and follow the equipment instructions. Store dry. Choose MIX for your next smoking session and order from Averto with delivery.
