Outdoor table smoker

Compact tabletop smoker with thermometer for home recipes

The 330001 tabletop smoker with thermometer is a portable stainless steel smoker for smoking meat and fish. Two burners supply heat without an electricity or gas connection, while the lid thermometer lets you monitor the smoking chamber. Dimensions are 45.5×27.4×21 cm and the weight is 3.6 kg.

What is included with the BROWIN 330001 tabletop smoker?

Included are a stainless steel smoking pan, lid with thermometer, lower and upper racks, drip tray, external stand, two adjustable burners, extinguishing caps and metal handles. Two racks allow food to be arranged on two levels to make use of the chamber space. Gel fuel and smoking wood chips are purchased separately.

Built-in thermometer and two burners for adjusting heat

It shows the chamber temperature and helps you follow the cooking process. Adjust the burner flame intensity to suit the recipe. The lid thermometer measures chamber temperature; use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature of the food.

Stainless steel construction and a tray for collecting fat

Food-grade stainless steel is durable and easy to clean. The drip tray collects fat released by the food and helps prevent it reaching the heat source. This makes cleaning after smoking more straightforward and keeps the cooking process organised.

Portable smoking set for garden meals and new recipes

The compact shape suits a small outdoor cooking area and storage between uses. Use only fuel intended for the burners and follow the manufacturer instructions. Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface outdoors. Choose it for meat and fish dishes or as a gift for a smoking enthusiast. Order from Averto and check delivery options.
