Mustang Teno gas smoker with 5.86 kW output
The Mustang Teno gas smoker is a spacious smoking cabinet for meat, fish, poultry, cheese and vegetables. Two cast-iron burners with a combined 5.86 kW output produce even heat and smoke throughout the chamber.
Six racks and hooks for whole fish
Six chrome-plated 56 × 36 cm smoking racks and upper hooks provide generous capacity. Separate chip-pan and burner compartments can be opened with less heat loss from the main chamber. A chimney valve controls smoke flow, while the thermometer helps monitor temperature.
