Cast aluminium duck roaster with lid

This 4 L duck roaster with lid is an oval cast aluminium cooking pot for poultry, meat, vegetables and braised dishes. Its spacious shape is ideal for duck, chicken and roasts, while the close-fitting metal lid helps retain moisture, aroma and heat.

Thick cast aluminium body

The 6 mm base and 4.5 mm walls distribute and retain heat effectively. A non-stick coating reduces sticking, simplifies cleaning and supports cooking with less added fat.

For oven roasting and hob cooking

The roaster can be used in the oven and on gas, electric and glass-ceramic hobs. It is not suitable for induction. Integrated side handles provide a secure grip when used with heat-resistant oven gloves.
