The 4 mm polycarbonate U profile is designed to finish the open edges of twin-wall polycarbonate sheets. This clear 210 cm end profile creates a neat appearance and helps protect the internal channels from dirt, insects and mechanical particles.

How to prepare the polycarbonate edge correctly

Remove dust and swarf from the sheet channels before fitting the profile. Seal the upper edge with sealing tape and use breather tape on the lower edge so condensation can drain. Press the U profile evenly onto the sheet edge and add further fixing only when required.
