Villa Sevilla is our smallest, with 13 m² living space and 70 mm wall thickness. The most popular models are Sevilla, Goteborg, Richard, and Faluna, whose living space varies from 13 m² to 75 m², but there are also larger summer houses with an area of more than 100 m². If you need changes to one of the ready-made models or an individual solution, contact us.
Summer houses are an ideal place for quiet relaxation and can be used not only in summer but also in winter if they are properly insulated. Many models allow you to install a sauna as well, expanding the possibilities for recreation.
Our cottages are made of wood, which is a naturally environmentally friendly and renewable material. They blend harmoniously into nature and offer a pleasant microclimate.
The assembly of the summer house can be done by hand using the attached detailed instructions, but for larger or more complex projects, we recommend that you contact our specialists to arrange assembly work.
We deliver summer house constructions throughout Latvia and beyond, with a delivery price calculation that depends on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of the construction.
