The flat roof with a slight slope of 2 degrees gives the house a modern look, and the 30 cm overhang provides additional protection against the weather.

In addition, it includes glazed windows and doors that are fully fitted with fittings and open in both directions, ensuring effective ventilation. Additionally, the set includes autoclaved base brushes and a stainless steel door sill.
