Using a ceramic baking dish

Before each use, soak the mold in water for 10-15 minutes, then place it in a cool oven.
Depending on the recipe, heat an empty or filled mold.
After roasting, remove hot dish or allow to cool.

Advice

The surface of the mold should be greased with butter or coconut oil and sprinkled with flour before baking.
Do not use the mold over a gas burner or electronic cooktop.
Observe the maximum temperature of 200°C.
Suitable for gas and electric ovens.

Cleaning the ceramic baking dish

After use, soak the mold in warm water and rinse it with a brush.
Remove stubborn dirt with baking soda.
Periodically boil the mold in water with vinegar to neutralize odors.
Do not use in the dishwasher. To allow the mold to dry completely, store it in a drafty location.
