Payment Methods

Averto offers several convenient and flexible payment options to ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience. You can choose the method that best suits your needs:

• Payment upon delivery to the courier: the courier service fee is paid by the customer.
• Online banking payments: fast and secure payment through Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, or Luminor.
• Bank transfer: an invoice will be sent to your email after placing the order for payment via transfer.
• Card payment at the Averto office: pay on-site using VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro cards.
• Cash payment at the Averto office: available for in-person payments.
• Klix Pay Later: pay in 1, 3, or 6 monthly installments (available in Latvia). More details available on our website.
• PayPal: available for international payments. PayPal service fee is covered by the customer.
• Leasing: in cooperation with Lateko Līzings and InCredit Group. Applications can be submitted through Averto.

We continuously improve our services to make the payment process simple and accessible for every customer.

Delivery Time (Worldwide Shipping)

• Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia: 2–10 business days* from the receipt of payment
• Norway, Sweden, Germany: 5–10 business days* from the receipt of payment
• Other European countries: 4–8 business days* from the receipt of payment

*Estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipping date.

Inspection of Goods Upon Receipt

Before accepting the order, please visually inspect the condition of the packaging. If the package is damaged (e.g., deformed, torn, or otherwise compromised), you have the right to:

• Refuse to accept the shipment
• Request the courier to draw up a damage report
• Inspect the contents of the package in the presence of the courier before signing any documents

By signing the documents provided by the courier, you confirm that the product was received undamaged. If in doubt, inspect the item before signing.

Product Availability

The stock levels in our warehouse and online store may vary. If your order cannot be fulfilled in full or in part, you will be informed of any changes in availability or delivery terms.
