A backyard wood smokehouse is ideal for anyone looking for a high-quality natural wood smokehouse that will fit elegantly and in harmony with nature in the backyard or small garden.

Ideal for smoking meat (preferably prepared independently) and fish. The inner chamber is separated from the firebox by a special partition, thanks to which the products get only the aroma of burning chips (do not come into contact with briquette smoke). Thanks to the tray installed under the chimney, condensate does not settle on the smoked food. The design of the device allows you to smoke products of different sizes.

Preparation of products for smoking

Before starting smoking, it is possible to extend the shelf life of products by marinating them.
It is not recommended to boil products before smoking, because products are best smoked with a minimum water content.
Before placing the products in the smokehouse, they must be well-dried.
On damp pieces of meat, smoke particles settle more easily, their condensation occurs and an unwanted layer of soot is formed.
Under no circumstances should the smoking product be exposed to the sun.
