This compact smokehouse made of high-quality food-grade stainless steel will allow you to enjoy smoked meats, fish and cheese even on your balcony or loggia. Its durable and carefully crafted design makes it very durable and easy to clean. With two liquid burners, you can smoke food without the need for gas or electricity.
Special burners that use odorless fuel allow you to adjust the flame intensity and adjust the temperature in the smoking chamber. The smokehouse lid is equipped with a built-in thermometer to monitor the temperature. When smoking food, the excess fat that is released falls on a special inclined container, where it will not burn, and the smokehouse emits very little smoke. This container also ensures that the fuel does not come into contact with the food being smoked.
