Before first use, wash the dishes with hot water and detergent and wipe dry. Grease the entire surface from the inside and outside with vegetable oil and heat in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Leave it out from the oven to cool down to room temperature. As a result of annealing with grease - a non-stick layer is created.
Cast-iron cookware conducts heat well, so it is ideal for stewing, languishing, as well as for cooking on all types of stoves, in the oven, on the grill. It is not recommended to wash it in the dishwasher.
To retain qualities of cast iron kitchenware and prevent formation of rust,
the cast iron kitchenware must be washed only manually in hot or cold water, with a sponge or soft brush (non-metallic), and after washing the kitchenware must be completely dried off. When preparing kitchenware for storage, treat the internal surface of the kitchenware with vegetable oil. The pan must be significantly heated before the next time of use.
