Hand drill for ground works: how to use a hand drill in the garden.
A simple hand drill is a convenient and useful tool, which will always help in the garden. Drilling is not something that we do very often, however uniform and deep holes in the ground are much more convenient to make with a drill than a shovel.
If you need to dig a hole for a post, support or a fence, the hand drill is an irreplaceable tool that will significantly ease your task. You can use the drill to perform a number of tasks, for example, planting trees and shrubs, installing irrigation or even for drilling wells.
The drill is easy to use. Place it vertically and rotate it clockwise. The drill gradually descends into the ground by pushing out the soil through the top. Pull the drill outwards with the soil and remove the soil from the drill by placing it next to the hole. Repeat the cycle until you have a drill hole of required depth. Do drill a 1 m deep hole with the hand drill you would need just 20 minutes.
Hand drill for ground works, if used correctly, will greatly reduce time and ease working in your garden.
